Wellness Mondays

A way to refresh your mind, body and spirit

Mondays are our wellness days, there are so many activities on offer to rejuvenate you, mind, body and spirit. Click on the links below to see all the events in church and the Community hub. Everyone is very welcome.

Calm or active, support or companionship- you choose!

Every Monday morning in the Community Hub we have:

        Hatha Yoga 9:30-10:30am (£7) A gentle flowing exercise with              breathing control. All abilities welcome

        Chair Yoga 10:45-11:45am (£6) for those who find the ups and           downs of traditional yoga tricky.
